Nearly all of our tissue recovery specialists are Certified Tissue-Banking Specialists (CTBS) through the American Association of Tissue Bank (AATB) and several can recover musculoskeletal, integumentary, cardiovascular, nerve, bone-marrow and special grafts as requested.
Each coordinator has a minimum of three-year clinical expertise in the field with many of them performing the team leader role.

Our Transplant Preservationists (many are CTP) have the knowledge, training and skills to perform perfusion and preservation, packaging and labeling of organs, tissues and specimens and trained in the use of TransNet and ORS kidney perfusion devices. All have 3+ years of experience.

Our Organ Allocation Specialists work collaboratively with various departments within Organ Procurement Organizations (OPO), Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) laboratories and transplant programs to manage the allocation of organs for transplantation and research. They ensure compliance with established OPO and Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) policies.

Our highly skilled team of organ recovery coordinators are certified procurement transplant coordinators and come with five years of experience to advance organ donation rates at your OPO. From donor evaluation and management, organ allocation and case documentation to assure compliance, our ORCs have what it takes to maximize donor heroes’ lifesaving gifts.

Our experienced and compassionate team or Family Services Coordinators are dedicated to supporting grieving families through the donation journey from authorization through the completion of their loved ones’ lifesaving organ and tissue donation.

Augment your low staffed call centers with outsourced, skilled tissue screeners. Our remote Tissue Screeners are highly trained to manage in-take referral calls, perform DRAIs and support with donor family authorizations over the phone.
